TRUST ADMINISTRATION

As administrators of Living, Revocable, Irrevocable, Special Needs, and Life Insurance trusts, Soloway Fiduciaries believes the desires, intent and will of the Trustor(s) is/are paramount. The Trust document is our legal guidebook. Upon appointment we marshal the assets under our control and administer, to whatever extent possible, the trust to the intent of the trustor(s).

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Estate administrators are court appointed. All estate administration is overseen by the California Probate Court. Once appointed Soloway Fiduciaries along with the chosen attorney will properly administer the estate per the decedent's Will or, if no Will exists, per intestate succession. It is our job to marshal all the assets under our control and handle them accordingly. If the preparation of an estate tax return is required we will hire the appropriate professional and gather the necessary information. An expedient close of the estate is always our goal. Soloway Fiduciaries provides yearly accountings for all of its clients. With an estate administration the court will approve the final accounting before the close of the estate.
